The Solution: Develop a public relations and awareness campaign supported by a website and brochure, plus relationships with local officials and utilities companies; strategically plan events during heat waves to bring attention to soaring electric bills.

  

The Results:  Press events were covered by local and national media outlets, and tours were given to representatives of the Governor’s energy staff and the California Energy Commission.  Both communities sold-out in record time and many local builders followed Premier’s lead in offering solar and energy efficient home options.
