The Challenge: Create positive excitement for a controversial 54 story high-rise construction project (the tallest in Sacramento) and generate interest among governmental agencies and prospects to secure 250 pre-qualified buyers in the first phase of 804 available luxury condominiums.
The Solution: All-out media effort and integrated campaign over a three month period—including color print ads, direct mail, radio, public relations and invitation-only events focused on the exceptional lifestyle offered to its residents.
The Results: More than doubled the number of projected leads resulting in 600 buyers, raising $475,000,000 in funding, and secured participation of Intercontinental Hotels to join the project.
