The Multitasker
Receiving most of her office experience through on-the-job training, Tisha especially learned how to deal with so many of the daily challenges people encounter while working three years as an HR rep at a construction company. Moving into the home day care field, Tisha enjoyed this equally challenging work which satisfied her life long love for children. In time, her multi-tasking skills were discovered to be a perfect fit for doing administrative assistant work. This encompassed so many of Tisha’s abilities to do a myriad of projects, helping the members of her team accomplish a multitude of diverse tasks. Whatever needs to be done, including creating and maintaining sales report documents, collecting and receiving payments and orchestrating every phase of contracts, Tisha loves what she does. Now in this administrative arena for well over six years, she finds that the best part of her job is her continuous interaction with clients.
What You Might Not Know…
During her high school years, Tisha was a roller-skating car hop which even today she considers to be one of her most fun jobs. But her greatest “job” and truest passion is being a wife and step mom to her four daughters. She said that her kids learned how to use PowerPoint before she did, but something they all do together is her best form of relaxation—baking. The Augustine team always appreciates her delicious creations!
