“…the best job I have had.”
Sally has been an accountant since she was eighteen years old, taking time off to raise her three active sons—even homeschooling them for years. In the late 80’s she worked for high-tech companies in the Bay Area. She’s also worked for a property management company, an office supply company and a law firm; and in the midst of her non-stop schedule she’s operated several of her own small businesses—including an on-line scrapbook store and a pool service company. But of all the places she has worked, Sally considers Augustine and Associates, “…the best job I have had.” She comments “I haven’t won any industry awards, but I am one of those behind-the-scene workers who keep the company rolling…” She definitely is that! An honors graduate, Sally graduated from Southwestern Community College in San Diego, California.
What You Might Not Know…
Sally believes in love at first sight; has a very saucy alter-ego named “Madge” (a leopard-skin-wearing lady with a beehive who drives a Dodge Dart, has an avocado green kitchen, throws bridge parties, drinks martinis and is the ultimate Queen of Kitch…don’t ask…) Sally’s favorite childhood books that still hold a place in her heart include: The Secret Garden, The Velvet Room, Heidi—all the classics. And movies like Captain’s Courageous, It’s a Wonderful Life, and To Kill a Mockingbird. Never one to sit still, Sally presently runs her own pet-sitting business and is extraordinary with arts `n crafts.
